Surface condition assessment

• Ensure the surface is dry, clean, strong, and non-crumbling.
• Moisture content: mineral substrates – max. 8%, wood – up to 12%.
• Surface and air temperature during painting – from +10°C to +30°C, relative humidity – not more than 80%.

Cleaning

• Remove dust, dirt, soot, grease stains, and efflorescence using a brush, vacuum cleaner, or water washing.
• Remove poorly adhering old coatings mechanically (sanding, scraping, wire brushing).
• Sand glossy surfaces with abrasive for better adhesion.

Mold and fungus removal

• Treat affected areas with special antiseptic agents.
• After treatment, rinse with clean water and dry.

Leveling and filling

• Fill cracks, chips, and other defects with acrylic putty, let dry, and sand to smoothness.
• For wood, use special wood fillers.

Priming

• Treat mineral surfaces (concrete, plaster, drywall) with Aqua Primer Maxima concentrate diluted 1:10 to reduce absorption and strengthen the base.

Paint preparation

• Stir the paint thoroughly to a uniform consistency before use.
• If necessary, dilute with clean water up to 10% of the volume (only for the first coat or when using a spray gun).
• Do not mix with other paints or solvents.

Application tools

• Brush, medium-pile roller (8-12 mm), or paint sprayer.
• Use a roller for large areas, and a brush for corners and hard-to-reach places.

Application

• Apply the paint in 2 coats.
• First coat – thin and even, without excessive pressure on the tool.

• Roller movements – first vertical, then horizontal to avoid streaks.

Drying conditions

• Do not paint under direct sunlight, in strong wind, or at high humidity.

• Wash tools immediately after work with water and soap.
• Do not pour leftover paint into drains or water bodies.

Cleaning tools after painting

After finishing work, wash tools immediately with water. Dried paint can be removed mechanically.
